All packages expire 5 months from date of purchase

Dogs must remain on leash at all times in public areas unless instructed otherwise

Training sessions are transferable between dogs, any unused sessions can be offered before the expiry date to someone else within Rainfire Training's travel areas. Additional travel fees may apply. 

Appointment times are approximate, due to travel and traffic conditions. 

24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Exceptions may apply due to illness.

Sessions are roughly 1 hour in duration. Sessions may be shortened if a puppy has reached exhaustion or if the trainer has completed session material early. 

Payment for the entire package is due by the end of the first session unless agreed upon in advance.

Any incidents of human aggression are to be disclosed to trainer prior to 1st session.

Dogs over the age of 6 months with a bite history must be muzzled at time of session.

A $10 per session travel fee will be applied outside of Toronto.
